LUMA is the results of over twenty years development in the creation of a new genre of performance art that uses the dark as a canvas and a variety of illuminated objects to create a three dimensional moving tapestry of light and color. As new technology comes on line LUMA incoporates it by bringing it to various physical disciplines for development.
The routines run in length from 2 to 4 minutes and most feature original compositions by Michael Rapp. Luma has been presented successfully in front of live audiences up to 15,000 people.
