Aerialists: Elena Shumskaya

Born in Khabarovsk (Russia) Elena started Rhythmic Gymnastics at age 10. She was a member of the national team of Ukraine for 5 years and became a world silver medallist (1993) and European champion (1994).
In 1998 she switched to circus arts and joined the "Eclipse" show in Blackpool, UK.
Elena's aerial act has been seen in the world's circuses and variety theatres.
